Book The Cook not working?
I've tried selecting BTC on both J and F flights recently...

I get this message "Our meal selection is temporarily unavailable. Please contact your local SIA office for assistance. We apologise for any inconvenience caused"

Is it because the flights are too far in the future? Never had this issue before.

Just used it on Sunday and Monday. No issues and meals were loaded on my flight.

How far in advance are you BTC-ing? I wouldn't think about my meals on board until a few days before.

Oh about 7 months

I'll just check again nearer the time. I normally do it at time of booking in case I forget.

Pretty sure they will only let you Book the Cook 6 months out from flight.

Same issue, but about 11 months out. Will try again as it gets closer.
