krisflyer partner award- north america domestic
i'm looking at the KF partner award chart for north america flights.

I note that it's 25,40 and 60k miles for round trip in economy, business and first respectively. given that there is only first and economy class for USA internal flights, does this mean that it's effectively 25k/60k? would united ps flights be sold as first class or business (that might create a weird situation where united's ps product would be cheaper than their inferior domestic first so i doubt it...)
