Why do you need suites for the mile high club? I seem to remember a couple Flying United right in their Y seats in the middle of the night on a rather empty 747 around 25 years ago.

When it was in Economy, I was 18 so I have an excuse (although granted not a great one.........I graduated some years later on a TWA L1011 to the baggage compartment with a rather forward flight attendant (yes, on the L1011 the baggage compartment can be reached from the lower galley . These days it's just the 380 upper deck lavs but I must admit, as I get older it's fun to plan....but when the time comes we seem to forget about it.
But alas, this an SQ thread - and SQ doesn't have the large lavs upstairs as suite class is downstairs & ive never flown suites with my GF. I did have a double bed a few months ago SIN-FRA & thought about joining the SQ mile high club but a single membership just isn't that much fun
