Vegetarian Meal on SQ business class

Vegetarian Meal on SQ business class

Flying SIN-NRT SQ638, what are the options available for a vegetarian on the meal served? Nothing on BTC.

Asian Vegetarian, which is Indian style, Oriental Vegetarian which is Chinese style, Lacto-Ovo which is western style or Vegan are special meal options. Nothing in BTC

Well, there's not absolutely nothing on BTC -- looks like the Roasted Vegetables Salad would be vegetarian, though it's not exactly exciting. It appears the Sauteed Monkey Head Mushroom may also be vegetarian.

Surprising there aren't more BTC vegetarian choices -- you'd think at least in the Indian section there might be something.

I thought feeling self-righteous would be enough for a vegetarian - you mean you want the food to be delicious as well?

I thought this comment is absolutely unnecessary! Clearly you have something against people who prefer other options than you.

Hmmmm any reviews on these options? I read before tha Chinese style is basically mock meat and carbo...

I highly recommend BTC Roasted Vegetables which consists a good mix of carbo (rosti), vitamins (fruits) , fibre (vegetables), fats (avocado) and protein (cheese) ^
