Silk Air Business Class Menus
Can anyone point me to Silk Air’s business class menus for July 2015? Travelling on an evening flight next week from CNX (Chiang Mai) to SIN and would like to know if I should seek “alternative options” before we board, for Mrs NoY, who is notoriously picky about what she eats

OK, well I’ll answer my own question 
The menu consisted of Beef Brisket & Mashed Potato or an Asian Chicken dish (no menus given so just from memory). There was Fruit for dessert.
Crew were great. Friendly & welcoming & kept us well supplied with drinks & snacks as we both decided we would skip dinner on this occasion.
Comical arrival as the jet bridge failed & we were kept on board for 20 minutes while ground staff faffed around to no avail. Eventually we deplaned from door 1R, which I have never done before. We climbed down the steps onto the tarmac & into the jet bridge from there & proceeded then as usual. Novel.
