Long wait for phone booking
I've now called the US number twice in the last 12 hours to make a *A booking. I've disconnected after 50+ minute waits both times. Is this normal? Any tricks? So frustrating to hear the prompt trying to convince me to do my booking online when I can't. Believe me, I would if I could!

Why don't you call the Singapore number via Skype or other VoIP?

If you can speak Mandarin, you can choose the Chinese option. It connects me instantly or within a few minutes. Usually the CS can speak English as well.
