Access question
If I have 2 separate tickets i.e.
SQ866 (Q class)
SQ2 (O class)
Would I be able to access F check in at SIN and the private room?
(Yes, I did this as this was still cheaper than paying YQ for SINSFO...)

I would suggest checking in at F using the SQ2 ticket (I assume O class the fare code for suite award ticket).
Then show your ticket to hong kong in economy should the TA not be able to find it.
The TA should then inform you about lounge acces - TPR / Not-TPR and write you an invite slip.
If they don't, you can try waltzing in and show your ticket printed on the F stub, which could help you get in.
F check in i would say no problem, I am more uncertain about TPR.
