TPR Agents?
Hello I was just wondering how good or how empowered TPR agents have when it comes to making changes on a leg I am flying F from SIN to Europe and want to see if they can possible change the connections of the 2nd European leg that involves a Star Alliance partner last minute the day of is this generally something they do for F passengers complimentary if requested?

I would say, this will depend on fare rules and availability at first?

They will have zero discretion when it comes to a non-SQ airline.

Heck, they already have next to zero discretion when it comes to SQ.

PS. I get that it's a big trip for you, but what's with starting so many threads?

They won't be able to change the flights in the lounge, I've asked before & they just dialed reservations line for me & gave me the phone.
