Ineligible flights on United using KrisFlyer miles?

Ineligible flights on United using KrisFlyer miles?
Trying to book an award flight on United Airlines but representative told me that one of the flights is not eligible for redemption, flight from SBA To LAX. Is there are flights that are not eligible? All flights are available as a saver awards on United without sign in to my account. Is this true?

You are speaking with SQ I assume since using KrisFlyer Miles.
You are looking at a chart showing United Express flights using United miles.
The SQ site does not state what is allowed so there are 3 possibilities as I see it:
1. United Express flights are not permitted
2. United does not give SQ award space on these flights
3. The rep is incorrect.
I would try to confirm 1 and 2 before you HUCA (#3). Call SQ and ask for the reason.
There are many flights the operating carrier may allow award travel for it's own loyalty plan and not give space to other airlines.
(SQ seems to be restrictive on stop overs and possibly in violation of their allowance)
