They are retrofitting some of the 777-200(ER) and 777-300 aircraft again with IFE and Y seats from the older 77W. So it looks like they are likely to stay longer.

So far these have been done:

9V-SVB
9V-SRM
9V-SQK
9V-SYH
9V-SYI

so from your post, can I understand that all 773ER are retrofitted with the 2014 J product?
A friend of mine recently flew to SYD and got the 2007 seat....

No they're not. Pop over to SQTalk to see the wiki there. It is quite up to date. About 8 are still in the 2006 long-haul J.

No there are still older 77W's flying around. I was referring to the 773 and 772(er). You didn't mention the 77W in your original post?

Yes (barring any last-minute equipment swaps).

Can anyone confirm that SQ251/SQ252 will be using the retrofitted 777-200ER with 1-2-1 business class configuration starting in May? Looking at the seat map for a sample online booking, it appears to be so.

I will be flying SQ2 SIN-HKG at the end of the year, it is marked as 777ER. Is this 77WN with the latest F seats?

Not likely. A couple of turns go to 77W; most stay 773.

The 77WN performs 636/631.

This thread doesn't have a Wiki. Where can I find a description of what makes the new J product different from the old J product? And what is similar or different to the J product on the SQA380 (with full UD J, if it makes a difference)?

SQ351/352 to CPH from November. Can't find any official sources but already loaded in the system. Frequency remains 5x weekly.

This must be the first time SQ flies the F cabin on CPH since the 747 days?

Award availability is looking very good in the F cabin on this route -- 2 seats open on many dates.
