17,077 Krisflyer miles for purchasing LifeLock Basic ($9.95)

I doubt it. This wasn't an error where they were offering double miles by accident, in some instances there were 2 extra zeros meaning the accident was 100x the correct points.
If people kick up a fuss I think they'll offer double the correct number of KF miles as compensation which I think is fair - this was clearly an error.
I'd be very interested to know what posts as pending where people purchased during the error?
(EDIT) From another site I see those who registered for the lifelock before the error was fixed have 779 miles as pending, not 17,077.

Interested to see if it works

d'oh, just saw this today and when I go to the page, it notes they're offering *1708* KF miles. Ouch. Definitely not worth that.

Same here. Signed up for myself and the wife, filed a report to help desk 7 days later. No response after 9 days. Definitely thinking of canceling this one before we hit the one month anniversary in two weeks.

Same here! Email customer service after 1 week and no response as of today. I'm scheduled to renew on 7/24 so will cancel on 7/23. Two accounts at $9 each so if it doesn't get posted not a huge lost.

I e-mailed the KrisFlyer customer service e-mail on the main Singapore Air website a few days ago. No response, but it said it could take up to 5 business days, I believe. I'm going to let it ride one more month, and if I don't get a resolution in the next few weeks, I'm going to dump it...

Nada. But I'm optimistic I may hear something soon.
I e-mailed KF general customer service about this and one other issue, and the other issue was resolved today. They haven't written back yet, but I hope they'll at least acknowledge what's up with the LifeLock issue when they respond to say the other issue is now resolved.

I would at least like to get the 1708 points
