If people kick up a fuss I think they'll offer double the correct number of KF miles as compensation which I think is fair - this was clearly an error.

I'd be very interested to know what posts as pending where people purchased during the error?

(EDIT) From another site I see those who registered for the lifelock before the error was fixed have 779 miles as pending, not 17,077.
Signed up for me and the Mrs. Worth the $20 or $30 risk if it plays out.

Interested to see if it works

d'oh, just saw this today and when I go to the page, it notes they're offering *1708* KF miles. Ouch. Definitely not worth that.

Yeah, I just checked it and saw the same. I hope those that got in on this early got their 17K.

How fast in practice should one expect miles to post for these types of transactions? Thanks - I'm new to SQ.

Same here. Signed up for myself and the wife, filed a report to help desk 7 days later. No response after 9 days. Definitely thinking of canceling this one before we hit the one month anniversary in two weeks.

Same here! Email customer service after 1 week and no response as of today. I'm scheduled to renew on 7/24 so will cancel on 7/23. Two accounts at $9 each so if it doesn't get posted not a huge lost.

Nothing here either.

Any updates? I have received zero response.

I would at least like to get the 1708 points
