SQ Star Alliance Award on OZ
Hey everyone,
First time posting here. Yesterday I was trying to book an award on OZ LAX-ICN in F then a ICN-HKG in J in December. Both ANA and United were showing award space, but when I called in to the SQ KrisFlyer desk they could not see the award space at all.
Has anyone had any experience with SQ agents having difficulty seeing award space on other Star Alliance partners when they show up on other award engines?
