I'm really irritated with ANZ (Singapore). I initiated a points transfer to KF on 30th June and up till now, the miles are still not in!!! (13 days now). And this is even after I have asked them to put in a chaser last week.
This really gives me good reason not to renew my card with them!

Looks like ANZ only updates the points to KF every 3 weeks on a Wednesday, compared to every few days for the other local banks??

Sorry, this probably isn't the right place to ask, but I've searched and not found the answer.
Wondering how long it usually takes to link your Amex card/account to KF? The Amex site says up to two weeks for international partners. Eep! Didn't plan on this. Should have linked my account as soon as SQ travel was even an idea in the back of my mind. Oh well, we'll see if the flights I'm looking at are still there when it finally links. Thanks FT folks.
