AMEX US processes the transfers at midnight ET
Transferred 45k AMEX MR points, took 22 hours. The anecdotal evidence regarding AMEX processing all transfers at midnight EST every day seems correct, since I got my points posted shortly after 10PM PST.

SPG to Singapore KF. Initiated transfer Thursday, Aug. 27 at 9:43 a.m. ET. Points were in KF account sometime early Monday, Aug. 31 (before 5 a.m. ET).

Amex USA to KF. Transferred on Tuesday at about 3pm NY/3am Wednesday SIN; points appeared in account by 3am Wednesday morning NY/3pm SIN -- so about 12 hours.
It was my first transfer but I had also "linked" my KF account to Amex well in advance of the transfer, so that may have made it faster than it otherwise would have been.

Citi TY: 48 hours (9 Aug to 11 Aug)
Chase UR: 24 hours (9 Aug to 10 Aug) - Transferred from UR to spouse's KF account as well as to mine; both posted on 10 Aug
SPG: 10 days (16 Aug to 26 Aug)

Got a window to upgrade a flight in ten days - but I don't want to be stuck with KF miles in my account past that date in case the transfer takes too long ..

Last transfer was just under a week: initiated at the beginning of a weekend; in my KF account by the following Wednesday USA time (Thursday Singapore time). This was about 2 months ago, and consistent with previous experience.

Initiated 16 Aug (Sunday Pacific time), showed up 26 Aug (Wed Pacific time). Consistent with Thursday Singapore time completion; however, I think you need need to initiate by Saturday the previous week for them to show up on Thurs the following week, else they will show up on the second Thurs from initiation (like mine did).
