Dear bmi e-commerce team....

As some may know, bmi has a few lurkers on this board as well as the official presence in the form of Joanna.

We also know that bmi have kindly done a couple of Q&As for us in the past that have been very useful and well received.

Finally, we also know that some of bmi's biggest advocates and regular site users are found on this board.

With the above in mind, can I make an open offer to the bmi e-commerce team after their changes to the booking front end today:

Dear bmi e-commerce team, please make free use of one or some of us to help you test out your ideas or changes BEFORE they go live. Already today we have pointed out a few usability issues that have made the new system harder to use and less intuitive than the previous version. 30 minutes of our time and feedback might help you to have a website that really delivers on what is intended and facilitates more cash coming to Donnington Hall

We are here, we are willing, we are able. Please make use of us because ultimately we want the same thing.

We are only a post, a PM or an email away! ^

Feel free to sign below if you are happy to be one of bmi's little helpers:

And if you want to finesse any aspect of your Manchester - Chicago service, I'd be delighted to test it ^

Of course! It must be rather embarrassing to release such poor quality software.

Well I'd be embarrassed if I'd been in charge of it!

In light of the little 'enhancement' on site today, it might be time to dig this offer up again.

bmi didn't take us up on it last time, but maybe someone might want to this time
