The names of Talkboard members (plus mods and admin staff), as well as buttons to easily PM or email them, are found here - on the main forum page this link is at the bottom called "View Forum Leaders"

That has Randy Petersen listed under TalkBoard. I don't recall him routinely being counted as one of the voting TB members in most TB decisions this year or last. (That's not to say his vote -- or vote of confidence -- doesn't count. )
