ANA Tool not working
ANA's award tool has not been working for several days. Does anyone know what the situation is or when it might be resolved? Is there another way to see Air New Zealand award availability?

NZ Awards From ANA System NOT working....
After noticing that EVERY day is available for 300 days in 2007 for EVERY class award for LAX-AKL, I had to to call and see what's up. Sure enough, ANA confirms that all reward reservations made online are subject to confirmation by NZ because the systems "..is not working properly". Coincidently, one gets the 20% bonus reduction in miles with booking which IS NOT available on NZ. All screwed up!

The tool is STILL not working apparently. I've never seen it non-functional for a given airline for such an extended period. Any other online sources for NZ award availability?

ANA NZ Award Tool Back Wroking
Just checked and all is well. Only strange thing is that ANA gives a promotional 20% reduction in miles for a NZ Partner award, i.e. 90K Biz Class for 72K. Called ANA and thick fog rolled in while conversing - basically, they don't know and can't tell me how to find out without actually going through entire award process. Anyone have any ideas?
