Last week there were Ready to Fly offers starting in Spain. However this week i cant seem to find any. Any ideas if the RTF offers from Spain are just an ocassional offer or should they be offered each week ?

Well, not quite. It should be Lufthansa.de - Lufthansa.com will get you to a number of sites depending on where your ISP is based. When I'm in Switzerland, Lufthansa.com does not show me these offers because I am rerouted to the Swiss site. I have to specifically select the German site for it to work.
