It's different: you get slightly higher rated wine in F - but nothing like the Tignanello offered on CX. The Wine list is in the back cover of the menu - not separate as on most other carriers. I haven't flown LX F since end December 29th last year, but if you like (and if I find the time) I can try to post it, it should still be accurate. I believe they serve the same wines on all routes.

You can see the LX First Class wine list from April 05 here, and other drinks here. AFAIK they are identical on all routes, but change periodically.
