Exclamation $9/night - Ramada Inn - Washington DC Area

Several nights can be booked at $9/night (double occupancy) at www.ramada.com at the following hotel:

Ramada Inn New Carrollton/DC Area
8500 Annapolis Road
New Carrollton, Maryland 20784

Not valid for all dates, but you will find the $9 rate mostly for weekdays. Seems to be valid from now until August 2006.

Thanks for posting this.

Looks fairly decent as far as Ramadas go, and does appear to have a shuttle to the metro which would make the property accessible (though quite a schlep) to DC.

Not sure what use I could make of this myself, but it's cheaper than rent...

Alas, TripRewards seems to offer points per dollar spent rather some minimum amount per night.

Any special search instructions? I searched for 10/29-11/2 but didn't see the rate. Thanks.

I tried a bunch of weekends this fall and wasn't getting the price--either it doesn't work for weekends or they fixed it. Thanks anyway.

No, it's still there. You have to look at certain weeknights.

Rate still available for weeknights.

Seems that somebody forgot to type in a 7 before the 9, since comparable rates are $79/night.

Not a very good property though ... I didn't even see a complimentary breafast.

New Carrollton is at the end of the Orange Line on the metro - not a great place & definitely not a touristy area - still, if you're planning a trip to DC, this is as cheap as it'll get!

This is also available on Travelocity if anybody wants to guarantee they will get the cheap price ...

Search for New Carrollton, then sort by price

Still there - it seems to work by starting your stay on a Sunday and staying for 3 or so nights.
