Cancelation BA212 BOS-LHR.

Hola, ayer 28 Mayo de 2017 fue cancelado mi vuelo BA212 (comprado a AA6163) de Boston a Londres aduciendo falta de tripulacion por parte de British Airways. Nos dieron un voucher de 25 dolares para cena y 15 dolares para desayuno + noche de hotel. Entiendo que debemos ademas ser resarcidos con 600 euros pero no se como reclamar esto ya que en el Gate nos niegan algun resarcimiento. Pido ayuda, gracias. Maru

Hello, you need to fill an online claim form. From what you explained, you are 100% likely to get 600 EUR compensation. If BA deny this, keep on insiting. Submit the form first and see how it goes.

Hola! British me reconoció que me corresponde una compensación de EUR 600 pero no tuve más respuestas, nunca se me pidió tarjeta de crédito o cuenta bancaria para el ingreso de la compensación. Como debo reclamar esto? Gracias. Maru

"Hello! British Airways agreed to compensate me to the tune of EUR 600 but I had no further answers, I was never asked for a credit card or bank account for the compensation. How should I claim this? Thank you. Maru"
