I had nothing to do on a long flight and looked at the printed LH time table to locate odd routes:

Thai TPE-ICN, HKG-TPE for starters.
and pretty much any of the UA trans-pac flights that stop in NRT (such as NRT-TPE, NRT-HKG, NRT-SIN...)
does AC sell ARN-DEL when they need to make fuel stops on the YYZ-DEL flight? I'm assuming not.

In addition to LAX-LHR, NZ also fly a number of Pacific routes that could be considered 'unconventional':
- From LAX to NAN (Nadi, Fiji), APW (Apia, Western Samoa), TBU (Tonga) and PPT (Papeete, French Polynesia)
- NAN-RAR
- RAR-PPT
- APW-TBU
- Something in Japan, like NGO-NRT or KIX-NRT
