Fast track security at LHR [T2, EI flight, BA code] for BA Silver
Im flying CPT-LHR-DUB in Y next week. LHR-DUB is with EI so we've to transit T3-T2. As BA Silver, do I get fast track security at T2 (EI flight is on BA number)
Thanks

Last year as a BA gold flying EI on a BA code (and 125 ticket) I was told by the check-in desk at T2 it didn't entitle me to fast track.
As others have said, it turns out I didn't really need it.

Fast Track at T2 is the right of main security. It's essentially Star Gold fast track, and that's what the agents are looking for overwhelmingly, though EI status holders can use it. But BA status holders do not have status on Aer Lingus (or any non oneworld airline) and so Fast Track and Priority Boarding doesn't work there. There is lounge benefit on Aer Lingus, for unrelated reasons and is a bit of anomaly to the basic line that status doesn't transfer outside oneworld.
