What's everyone think? I like the men's kits a lot. Not sure about the women's.

I mean, I guess they're better than the shapeless rags AA/US employees are forced to wear now, but couldn't they have gone with something a little more distinctive than generic grey/charcoal? The male employees will look like every other business traveler on the plane, and the female employees get a blouse and a dress with a silver buckle...yay?!

IMO DL has the snazziest employee uniforms of the US based airlines.
That red trench coat is ridiculous.

Overall, I like them. I do wish there was a bit more color though.

That said, as my wife is quick to remind me, I'm one of the least fashionable people you'll meet, so perhaps I'll be the only one here who likes them and they're in fact hideous. I'll let you all educate me :-)

They look sharp and they're a definite improvement over the dated current uniforms, but I really wish they would add some color before signing off on them. I would at least expect to see a blue highlight somewhere.

I actually like the men's uniforms as someone else mentioned. Yes, they are a bit too grey but after all, DL has red, United has blue with yellow, there's not much left for AA. You would think that for a carrier named American, an uniform will closely resemble the flag but unfortunately as I had mentioned, they are a bit late to the game.

Does anyone have pictures of the current AA and US uniforms?

They're pretty boring. Was hoping for some color, especially with red and blue in the new AA logo.

Hopefully AA doesn't go as cheap as UA when they order the new uniforms. The biggest complaint I've heard from the UA employees is about the quality. Some have reported that they uniforms have drastically shrunk or become worn out shortly after receiving them.

Go with these:

Add some color - for the men a red tie, women a red scarf or something.

Very drab to my taste. It's hard to get a feel though as the pictures are a bit stylised. I'd like to see a good ol' lineup so they can be seen together as an ensemble.

They look more comfortable to work in. I wonder if those are real FAs or models?

AA generally use actual employees in all of their collateral and marketing. I have no reason to believe this hasn't continued here, but I cannot say definitively.

As long as men still wear ties, hate the polo shirts US employees wear.

Shouldn't this be in the consolidated forum?
