Found myself with spare time and called each bank to verify the recon lines #'s and hours. This had always been a frustrating aspect of churning for me since the information is nowhere out there (unless outdated and without hours) and sometimes my AORs run up against the end of day/weekend. As this information changes, I'll create a wiki and add it there so this can always be a source for current info.

All times are Eastern.

Chase:
Personal: 888-245-0625 (8am-10pm, M-F; 8am-8pm, weekend)
Business: 800-453-9719 (1pm-10pm, M-F)

AmEx:

Yes, terrific. I had called a number listed in the Barclays recon thread and got sent to normal cust service. Was transferred but not given the number needed, as I need to call as indicated above during normal business hours. TY !

Update: Called the Barclay number shown and requested that my US MC CL of $4k be split and added to my Arrival. Granted and I now have a $6K Arrival CL which suits me so much better than $4k and $4k.

More seriously, I too find the phone numbers pretty easily, but the hours are harder to locate, so much appreciated.

From the list at the top:

866-458-8805 – connects directly to a credit analyst

That number is answered by a recording stating that it's a non-working number with card services.
