KLM is introdudng a new ticket category for small and medium-sized business called 'business deals'.
Prices start at EUR199 for places such as CPH and BCN, EUR 289 for LHR.
A few conditions apply - booking 28 days in advance, no minimum stay requirement, changes possible (no details available on the website on any conditions or charges for changes)
This looks like KLM's answer to Easyjet...

And these 'business deals' are - of course - economy only!

Also for my personal travels I find this option quite attractive. If it means that changes are free.Originally Posted by dutchbird

The business deals are T-class. According to the KLM website, they earn 25% FB miles and can be changed against a fee.
This is what the site says

Economy Flexible
No minimum stay is necessary for European travel. For intercontinental travel, a minimum stay is required. Changing a ticket is possible but will require paying an additional fee, and cancelling a ticket is possible against a fee. An exception applies to T- and L-classes for European travel: cancelling a ticket is not possible. You will be seated in Economy Class.

If you change one of these tickets and T class is no longer available you end up paying the difference in fare. If you have a cheaper ticket you pay € 50 change fee plus - if necessary - the difference in fare. To me it seems that the difference between these business sale fares and the cheaper tickets is not justified, unless you are flexible for the flights you want to change to.

KLM introduceert KLM Businessdeals
