According to this thread in the Alaska forum the reimbursement of Alaska Club memberships is no longer a problem. To see how much of your annual credit you've used, log in to AmEx, select the card in question, choose "Membership->Benefits" off the menu bar, scroll down to see the travel credit benefit. Tickets cancelled within 24 hours are refunded back to the card used for the purchase.Tickets for travel dates > 60 days out can be deposited to your wallet when cancelled(this has not been true for some time).Change fees may apply depending on your status. The wallet funds will expire one year after the issue date of the original ticket.

Last year they were credited within 1-2 days.

Still nothing after nearly 4 weeks.
Opened an online chat and expected to get pointed to the T&C, but was told they placed a manual credit which should post in 5 days. Will report back if it posts.

Am I the only one getting airfare reimbursed outright? I purchased a one way flight in December for $68 and that was reimbursed. I just purchased another one this week for $62 and noticed this morning I was reimbursed for that one too! This is on the PRG; I haven't tried this on the Platinum. Odd.

Purchased $100 gift certificate on Feb 11, no reimbursement yet. I like the post about opening an online chat. If you get pointed to the T&C you can jump out of that chat and open another. Glad that worked at least once. Hopefully things are just posting slow right now.
