This thread is for United-operated United Clubs.

Users who cannot edit the wiki are asked to match its format when posting on this thread so that users who can edit the wiki can copy and paste your offer/request.
DATE (MM/DD) / AIRPORT CODE / LOCAL TIME / FT USERNAME / + NUMBER OF GUESTS

-- be clear if asking for access or can provide access
-- depending on credentials, one may be able to guest 1 or 2 non-family members
-- The BP of the guest will need to be presented
-- For those using Star Alliance guesting (not UC member access ), the guest must be on the same flight. Would not be surprise if this eventually applies to UC member guests.

The United Club Meet-Up Thread

This thread is for members who are willing to share their United Club lounge access with others as well as for those seeking access to post their request.

Guesting rules
-- depending on credentials, one may be able to guest 1 or 2 non-family members
-- The BP of the guest will need to be presented
-- For those using Star Alliance guesting (not UC member access ), the guest must be on the same flight. Would not be surprise if this eventually applies to UC member guests.
-- UA requires the guest leaves when the traveler providing access leaves

Suggested format for posting information:

DATE (MM/DD) / AIRPORT CODE / LOUNGE LOCATION / FT USERNAME / + NUMBER OF GUESTS

Please note that some airports have multiple locations; some of may not be practical for use based on proximity to the departure gate. Please specify which lounge(s) to which you can provide access.

A couple of comments for this thread
-- be clear if asking for access or can provide access
-- depending on credentials, one may be able to guest 1 or 2 non-family members
-- The BP of the guest will need to be presented
-- For those using Star Alliance guesting (not UC member access ), the guest must be on the same flight. Would not be surprise if this eventually applies to UC member guests.

For Polaris Lounge, in addition to the above, the typical eligible PL traveler can not guest. Only those on true 3-class international F can guest a single traveler which must be on the same flight. UC membership does not apply to PL

I'll be at the BOS club on June 20th. I'll be flying on a business class ticket with AC, so I can't guest, but if anyone would like to meet up to say hi, I'll be there!

I'll be in IAD on Saturday June 11, around 5:00 if anyone wants to say hi. Not sure which club yet, but probably in C. Can guest one fellow IAD sufferer if anyone desires, PM me.
