I have gotten 20% off in Albany, NY and Jackson, MS. I also got 5% off at the Hertz Local Edition near my house, but that was OK with me because their rates are lower than their airport rates anyway (and I got the 2 credits, too).

I got a rate for MCO, June 7-21, of less than $300 at www.southwest.com, using a Sam's Club discount for National (5068048).
Then I put in my Emerald Club number and it jumped about 40-50%.
