Here is a link to a few more pictures that Punki took today.
We have decided that we really like SIN, despite the heat and humidity.
Tomorrow morning we head out for our very first visit to KUL for a day and night. This will ensure that we visit at least one new country in 2006.
OBTW, our upgrades on our outbound flights, SIN/NRT/SEA just cleared. ^

Also want to extend my thanks to mjm.
This being my first SIN Do and not my last (next year I'll convince Jerry to attend also) I also want to add that it was great to meet up with long time friends and to make new friends.
It is really nice to be in the middle of an extended trip (5 ocean crossings and once completely around the globe) and to meet up with individuals whom are doing even more travel this month than I. Only can happen at an FT DO!!!!

Another thanks to Mike for organising yet again. Shame I didn't get to the dinner until late. I blame lack of sleep and a rather excessive night out in New Asia on Friday.
Great to meet up with some familiar faces and to meet new people as usual. Memorable moments of the weekend provided by a certain FT Evangalist bouncing on to the dance floor when the Philippino band played his favoutire Rush track, and then doing an amazing pirouette down some stairs when trying (unsuccessfully) to catch a falling glass. ^
Dates for next year ?

About he who did the pirouette down the stairs...the question is whether he went down all four floors?
A big thank you again to mjm for being a great host & organizer. Whenever you decide on dates for next year's SIN Do, please add me to the confirmed list! ^

Thanks to mjm for getting everyone together this weekend. Sorry I missed some of you guys, but for those I did see it was fun and look forward to seeing everyone again soon.

Thanks to mjm, I had the chance to meet a bunch of great people who shared their wisdom and adventures to all. It is refreshing to see FTers cramped into the back seats of taxibus that would makes longhaul 747 Economy middle seat looks roomy discussing the merits of SQ PPS club and UA 1K programs.
