I know the Terrace Lounge was closed but I thought the T4 FIRST is still in place.

Yes, the T4 F lounge at Gate 10 closed when the JFK et al flights moved over on Thursday. The Gate 1 lounge pavillion and the Concorde Room remain open until the 17th Sept, when the Concorde Room closes, and the Gate 1 pavillion closes when the final flights transfer in October. No idea about the spa.
