Having flown VX in First again yesterday SFO-LAX I can assure you, it is no where near Ted for 1/3 the price.
Better seat (no guarantee on blocked middle), IFE you control, power for your gear, and a real snack plus cocktail of choice pre departure, a bottle of water as you board, and lots of refills in the air - it's nothing like Ted.
