A little more info
Overnight, I received a little more info. While our computers (southwest.com, etc.) are constantly synched with Network Time Protocol, the reservations computer,SAAS, which is a version of Sabre, isn't synched. southwest.com is talking constantly with SAAS, but it looks like their times may differ by a few seconds.
