Knowing the name of the fare is of no use whatsoever if you plan to credit the miles to a program other than QF. I've been caught out by this and so learnt the hard way. Caveat emptor. Call QF if you're unsure what you're buying.

For domestic flights, you can do it on the website by viewing the page source then searching for "displayPrice". Looking at PER-ADL flights for example, the source contains this:

So the $245 fare is on O class, $270 in N, $320 in S, etc.
