MKEbound was interviewed, provided some personal information to the police officer, was asked to surrender his bag but was allowed to refuse and in the end kept his bag. Describe to me where MKEbound's right to political expression was suppressed. I will not disagree with you that this most certainly could have been handled much better by the LEO. However, I truly do not believe the LEO did anything to illegally suppress MKEbound's right to political expression.
Bart, I don't disagree with you that the LEO did anything to illegally suppress my rights.
However when the TSA Supervisor stated: "You can't write that here" and "Out there you have rights, in here you don't" I think it's pretty clear that a person with Goverment Authority was trying to suppress my rights.
