For the sake of comparison, below is a copy of both the Business (L'Espace Affaires) and First (L'Espace Première) menus. I was seated in Business and was given a First menu by one of the F/As as I looked at one upon exiting the plane. It is interesting to see the commonalities of some dishes (Foie Gras, Monkfish (Plat du Jour), dessert trolley), yet within those there are some subtle receipe differences. I had the monkfish, by the way, and it was excellent (although the reheating could have been more homogeneous - a microwave effect?). As for wines in Affaires, they were good but nothing to write home about -- the kind of wines you can buy for 10-15 euros a bottle in France.
The menu booklet in First is actually smaller than the one in Biz and just as plain. Gone are the days when these articles were little pieces of art
. The only "luxury" in First is that you are spared a full-page advertisement on the inner cover.
