I had the foie gras and the chicken which was so moist and juicy it spilled out of your mouth as you chewed it (as, at the later dinner, was the steak). I had the Chocolate pear tart (and a sorbet and petits fours) which was superb too. Only the cheese was disappointing. It usually is, because of refrigeration.
I tried all the wines (other than the White Burgundy) and all were excellent.
I can post the dinner menu if you want, but I think you can get the general idea!
