As you would know, you are booked on a once-in a lifetime, special room rate. This rate was a result of a human error.
Nonetheless, as our guests are always our first priority we will of course honour the confirmed rate base on the dates
of your original booking.

In order to ensure that arrangements are in place for your arrival, please provide us with your flight arrival details as
soon as possible. Should you require airport transfer to Holiday Inn Resort from Phuket Internaltional Airport, we can
offer return transfer at THB2,200.00 per car (2 guests + luggage). If you wish to book this, please e-mail to our team at

As you may be aware, parts of the hotel in the main wing will be undergoing extensive upgrading works, with effect from
1 May. Working hours will be between 8:00am and 7:00pm, 7 days a week, ambient construction noise will be audible
within rooms. Please note that all public areas such as pools, restaurants, bars and the kids club will be fully operational
and not affected.
