Reebook Bonus trip?

We are flying ARN-LHR-SIN-SYD return.

ARN-LHR return is an award trip on EB-points, have made a booking and paid the taxes.

LHR-SIN-SYD return is with SQ.

I just found out that our flight SIN-LHR has been canceled. This means that SQ will rebook us and I need to change my EB-trip LHR-ARN.

Is this possible????

If you haven't already started the trip there should be no problem cancelling the EB award. If you booked it online and cancel it online you should also avoid the service fee. If you have started an EB award, however, no changes are allowed whatsoever and I have found it impossible to convince EB member service to bend this rule.

Thanks Claes, this was good news.

I am so mad because I found out about the SQ flight cancellation via SQtalk (discussion forum). No one from SQ or the travel agency in the UK has contacted us.....
Anyway I phoned SQ and it seems they (or rather the travel agent) will rebook us.

So yes, its good to know I can rebook the EB-trip.
