Well, as this is operated for SAS it will be the same seating arrangement as for Economy Extra and Economy Class passengers. Full meal service in C obviously.
If it on the other hand was operated for Lufthansa they would block seats in a zig-zag configuration making it 1+1 with odd rows having a window seat on the left hand side and a aisle seat on the right hand side, even rows having a aisle seat on the left hand side... you get it.
Remember that SAS sell C-tickets even for one class service flights, so this is pretty OK in that sense.

SAS only block seats in C-class on 3-seaters.
