Award ticket availability for EBG

I tried to book online an award trip ARN-EWR for a weekend in April, but it seems impossible to get availability for a weekend trip, no matter what weekend I select.
Do you know if their is a possibility to force an award trip due to my EBG status?
To answer your question: No - and yes. EBG status gives you nothing as it relates to awards (or anything else for that matter). However, if you have earned twice the amount of basic points required for Gold, you have the option to buy you into a SK operated flight for 10k points each way (intercontinental). Special conditions apply. You should have received info on this if you are eligble on this deal.
Do call member service. They have the possibility to ask space control to open up award space (maybe if you find space for yourself but needs to bring the missus). No harm in asking. Also they will be able to present other routings that you can not book online. Problem is other *A-carriers will be a bit more expensive both in points and taxes.

EBG award flight successfully forced!
EB customer service managed to force my award ticket in Eco FLEX (by making request to space control) even no availability for any booking class showed up on the online booking tool. The trip will take place during eastern and I assume the flight will be filled with leisure pax, therefore eco FLEX might be less booked.
