I had an EBP-client travelling KF to Finland this week. He had a W-class ticket and wanted to change to the earlier flight which (as always) only had Y available. As is usual, his ticket did not allow upgrade beyond E-class. I waitlisted E, M & H-classes and called SK in HEL to ask if they could confirm one of them for the Pandion-member so he wouldn't have to buy a new ticket. Seeing that this was for a EBP-passenger, they agent was very helpful and called revenue department to try to get the seat confirmed. That department had gone home though but the agent proactively offered to upgrade the ticket to Y-class anyway, so a new one didn't have to be issued. Great service!
