I'd say it's like being a SEN+

Posting from my Pocket PC phone, give me two days and I will post the details of my account activities for the last two years.
Last period (06-07) had something like 280 qualifying flights and 400000+ basic points and I am at 230 so far this current period, short haul as you might can figure.
I will get back to you guys.

well, I dont expect to be treated anyway different for "normal operations" but I would think EBP helps whenever one needs to interact with SK staff (CI, CR, sales etc)?

Do you usually fly on the same routes with Travel Pass' or many different routes and buy the ticket every time?

Sorry for keeping you waiting, but it is not like you can export your EB history to Excel, so it is a bit time consuming to examine the past years so I have not done that in detail yet. So, I might compile a more detailed "report" but without going in to the real nitty gritty my EB account shows something like:

Qualifying period 05/06
Approx 200K basic points posted to EB, maybe 130K on SK metal, maybe 50 qualifying flights.

Qualifying period 06/07
Approx 440K basic points posted to EB, at least 400K on SK metal.
About 260 qualifying flights (I did take a screen shot of the account page but can not find it now). No TP or TPC, only regular tickets from sas.se without any discount, you do the math, c-class roundtrip ARN-GOT-ARN is 3.450:- SEK, d-class european roundtrip is between 9.200:- and 12.100:- SEK. A lot of domestic sweden and a bunch of european flights (OSL, CPH, BRU, LHR, WAW, VIE, HEL, FRA...). Maybe 4 IC roundtrips in V-class and 2 in S-class (EWR, ORD).

Qualifying period 07/08
So far 130 qualifying flights and 295 EB Basic points on SK metal.

Conclusion: they might not be strict with the 3-years spending rule OR they let you spend the given 3-year-amount in fewer years as my 06/07 year was well over what is required for Pandion per year given our knowledge on this board is correct about the level.

Anyhows, I will now enjoy booking some awards without any blackout dates. Also the companion tickets seems like a nice deal (I buy myself a biz-ticket and my family can travel in Business Class on economy award.

Perhaps it's just me, but i find it ironic to see the motto "Rare birds are seldom seen" and then expiration date (!) on a luggage tag.

Very impressive, indeed. Two years ago, we got a plastic Montblanc and a leather luggage tag

Things are improving, I'd say - let's hope this proves true for other parts of the EB program and SK operations in general.

(maybe I should ground meself for the next 12 months, then work on getting EBP for the Pandion iPhone )
