I did earn a 150K points, flying very frequent to LHR on C class, and a few US trips on C class and economy extra. According to SAP i have about 600 000 NOk in travels over the last year, but that includes hotels, taxi, and daily allowances.. But I guess maybe close to 300 000 NOk ??
Got the new welcome kit in the mail today. My Pandion-Ipod from last year is still live and kicking so I donīt really mind the smaller box this year. Pandion-branded Cross-pen and a few leaflets on the usual benefits in a shiny black box. Only news is Pandions now get Hilton Gold VIP and the upgrade is handled by SAS (you donīt need to send the application to HHonors). Letīs see if they will continue to pay for Quintessentially.
The new luggage tag is black plastic, credit card size, with a silver foil Pandion logo and the word "Pandion" printed with varnish so not very easy to spot. Either it is cheap or stylish, havnīt figured that one out as of yet.
The co-branded Mastercard has changed a little due to the new chip-design but is basically looking the same.
The co-branded Dinersclub is still the stupid design where the word "Pandion" is hardly visible and the Star Gold-logo is difficult to spot.
I will take photos later today and post them here.
Forgot to mention that there was also a 1GB USB memory stick with a Pandion-logo in the kit.
When I put it in I was expecting some e-vouchers or such to be on the stick, but... it was a plain old empty memory.
Programs: SAS EBP, BA EC Gold, SPG Platinum, First Gold, Radisson Gold Elite, etc....

The pen is very nice, not sure the "stylish" luggage tag will last many weeks :-)
Anyway, glad to be selected again, not complaining - service has been outstanding the past 6 months.
Never got invited to "Quintessentially" last year, must be a regional ting? Also, had hoped the new partnership with Amex would have resulted in new CC options, living in North America we are not invited to use the co-branded cards
I have now looked through my welcome kit and read all about the Pandion "perks".. And it's not much really. So I think for my usage it's really no difference from Gold or Pandion.. So It's highly overrated i think...

The unofficial perks is what counts:
-Get award seat on any flight, even with extremely short notice.
-Seat guarantee is officially 24 hrs, but in practice it is shorter.
-Free BOB (OK, you might have to remind them, but if they charge you CR will refund you)
-Very good attention from CR regarding any issues. They always call you back if you send an e-mail.
-Bring additional guests to the lounge (you have to ask at CI but works at ARN, CPH, LHR, EWR to my experience).
-And obviously status has the most value when you end up on a cancelled flight, miss a connection etc. Then you will be first in line and they will definately do what they can to get you out.
On the other hand the EBP program is lame in a number of aspects such as upgrades and attention while on board.
And if the official Pandion book don't state this benefit, how would anyone know ?
Does this also apply for carriers like Wideroe ??
Yes, Wideroe and Blue1 are supposed to be 100% EBP-compatible.
When needing an award tix you need to ask the agent to contact space control in Copenhagen and they will release a seat for you. You need to know this or read Flyertalk.
Typically if you have odd requests of any kind that an agent would normally turn away it just doesnīt happen as EBP. Seems EBP is well established among CR employees and at member service. Not so much with the operational parts, e.g. flying planes.
