I had a meeting with SAS Director On Ground Product & Services yesterday - it's confirmed for June 2014 but there's subcontractors and Avinor involved so the opening date will be 100% confirmed later this spring.

I won't get there until Tuesday, but then I have a four hour layover. It's interesting that they do free alcohol in a self-service-entry lounge!

You expected SAS to not have alcohol in the lounge? Don't think many would have been happy then...

With unmanned entry I'm surprised, seeing how strict licensing laws are in this country.
Well: I'm not driving at my destination, and I will not have much work to do when I get there...
I'm hitting Diamond on sectors on my flight from OSL on Tuesday, so double reason for celebrating!

Don't think whether or not the entrance is unmanned or not will do any difference. People are still working inside the lounge, cleaning, refilling snacks and stuff like that. They are probably the ones supposed to "keep an eye out" for too young people.
Will be hitting Diamond next saturday myself on a weekendtrip to Athens. But the two roundtrips (mileage runs) to Athens this weekend will help, before I fly home on monday night (visiting the new lounge ).
