Customer Service Fax Number?

Anyone know a working fax number of SAS? I found tons of numbers, but all seems to be unavailable.

Uhm... haven't used a fax for ages, usually at SAS everything works via mail. Quick search on the SAS website turns up no fax number, I suggest you use the SAS chat.

Just type 'chat' in the search function on the website.

I think faxmachines were banned in Scandinavia 10 years ago

Photograph the documents with a smartphone and email.

Well they need weeks for answer to emails (2 month with my last mail), so I hoped for a faster way.

Much as I like fax machines (many organisations, even in the Nordic countries, still want some things to be sent by fax), I think email is definitely the fastest method of getting in touch with SAS.

2 months is blazing for SK. While we all understand how pathetic that is, I would be surprised if you received a reply on your fax or if it was processed at all. Especially on that Estonian fax number.

Not very suitable for a claim for delay compensation. They are just referring to their online form.

Well, if you submitted the online form and still has no reply, then you can post on their FB page and then it might speed up the process.
