Had a hysterical lough as I read that they 'continue' to focus on frequent Scandinavian travelers which went well last year as the PLUS ticket sales were up by ~20%
Of course, we all know, that that had nothing to do with 10.000 points for an EBG flying to MAD or similar.
I bet the number of PLUS ticket sales will be drastically drop next year. As well as probably the number of SK frequent flyers.
But as we all know the top management of these kind of companies live in a different reality.

Many PLUS Passengers on the leisure routes have no idea they even booked PLUS. Heck there was one guy at the ticket counter asking if there was something wrong with his ticket, since it said that he could bring 2 bags instead of the usual 1. When the agent told him he had a PLUS ticket, he just stood there looking like a questionmark. Also many passengers decline the service in PLUS on these routes, not knowing that the food is free.

Yes, SAS is back in the red again. It will be dark red next year with their renewed way of 'focusing' on their best customers. We're not all as dumb as the customer LH4116 describes.
On the other hand, next year might be a fantastic chance to become Pandion... if SK lives long enough.
