Compensation for missing entertainment on SAS

I'm not sure if it's inconsistent in compensation or just class difference - LH is like this- no IFE in Y - nothing, no IFE in C, a lot of M&M points.

I got 4x 10 Euros voucher (Y, *G not SK) for no drink offered on board - after complaining to them first at sas.dk, then on FB because they insisted that there is no free drink on board, then wrote back to them again. Not sure if other people got the same.

It will be difficult to do a wiki on it too because how SK reacts depending on what the complaint is like (of course it could be depending on whether the CS had a good night before or not), people complain in different ways, some are more pushy than others.

Entertainment system did not work on my recent flight CPH-EWR in C. Also the old LAN A340. After complaint, I was offered 8,000 points, which I accepted.

I can also confirm that I 10 out 10 times have received points to compensate for issues with the IFE system. All have been points in the range from 5-10.000 and not matter the booking class.

I do agree that it most likely counts that I have status at SAS. A non EB member or basic member would most likely not get any compensation.
