Adding frequent flyer number to existing PNR
I'm * Gold with US and my travel agent booked me CPH-IAD and I want to add my US Dividend Miles account number to the reservation. Just found my reservation on-line and can not find a way to add my frequent flyer number. Any hints before I travel?

Try Lufthansa's "Manage my booking". Works for SAS as well.

Changing FF number to existing PNR
Started EB, next booking is with SK with MM FTL. Want to change it for EB; possible on OLCI? Change at LH or SK site ´My Bookings´not possible.

Nevermind. Started to try OW partners one by one. It was not possible to change an existing FFP number on BA.com (only to add a new one, to a PNR that did not have it). The same on AB, but AY seems to work. After the change the FFP number has updated nicely on ba.com. [apologies for asking about this in SK forum, but I knew that you hang around, and you know things like that ]

To change FF# for BA/OW, use Finnair -> Manage Booking.

ask at check-in? or Use lot.com and the PNR (never tried if it works for infant)

I just go on the SAS site and go to their chat, the customer service agent was happy to add it on for me.
