How long for my new EuroBonus card to arrive?

How long does it usually take for a new EuroBonus card to arrive (at a US location)? I ordered a replacement card online.
Anyone with prior experiences?

Can't help with the US bit but I lost mine in the past and it took like 2 weeks. Did you just order it or?

Took less than a week for a replacement card to be sent to a major city in Norway, for what that's worth.
